Children born between 1 September 2005 and
31 December 2006 are eligible to apply.

Application

Application forms can be downloaded from this website or obtained from our School at 11 Nam Fung Path, Wong Chuk Hang, Hong Kong from 29 August to
9 September 2011 (Monday to Friday: 9 am to 4 pm)
Parent/Guardian should submit in person the completed Application Form together with all relevant documents to our School from 5 to 9 September 2011 (Monday to Friday: 9 am to 4 pm). No application fee is required. Late applications will not be accepted.
