有關「藥倍安心」事宜

本校學生潘浠淳過去一年多參加了幾項科技相關比賽,其參賽作品「藥倍安心」的原創性,由六月開始在網上平台有討論及傳統媒體有報道。學校就事件一直有跟進,亦已向學校持份者簡述學校的跟進工作和在比賽中的角色。

                  

學校一向鼓勵及支持學生參與各類型的比賽,讓他們可以透過不同渠道學習,累積經驗,增加知識。「 藥倍安心」是潘同學參加 多項比賽的其中一個參賽作品。學校在比賽的角色亦如其他公開比賽一樣,委派老師擔任指導老師。他在過程中的參與,是就學生提出的研究題目的可行性概念及方法,以及比賽前準備及綵排等方面,提出意見。

 

學校必須強調,我們鼓勵學生參加比賽,亦同時強調學生在過程中必須遵守學術誠信。學校已訂立指引教育及提醒學生。學術誠信是學校價值教育的重要一環,學校一直以來都透過不同渠道教導、敦促學生。

 

就媒體及社交平台對「藥倍安心」事件的相關報道,學校已在第一時間與潘同學聯絡了解情況,並按學校一貫程序處理。就傳媒報道AI Health Studio涉及潘同學的參賽作品一事,學校及老師從不知情,此乃是在媒體報道後才得悉的。就同學及其家長的決定自願放棄「藥倍安心」獎項,我們表示理解和尊重。我們也希望各界對事件的討論,可以在他們作出退出獎項的決定後告一段落,讓潘同學能安心調理身體和有空間做好開學準備,重新投入校園生活。新學年在下周開始,我們衷心希望事件能夠告一段落,讓學校和同學都可專注未來,為求學問、長知識繼續努力。

Faith, Hope and Love

If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal. And if I have prophetic powers, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. If I give away all I have, and if I deliver my body to be burned, but have not love, I gain nothing.

Love is patient and kind; love is not jealous or boastful; it is not arrogant or rude. Love does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrong, but rejoices in the right. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.

Love never ends; as for prophecies, they will pass away; as for tongues, they will cease; as for knowledge, it will pass away. For our knowledge is imperfect and our prophecy is imperfect; but when the perfect comes, the imperfect will pass away. When I was a child, I spoke like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child; when I became a man, I gave up my childish ways. For now we see in a mirror dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part, then I shall understand fully, even as I have been fully understood. So faith, hope, love abide, these three; but the greatest of these is love.
